Assorted Domestic and International cheese board garnished with fresh fruit, crackers and flat breads
Poutine table with fresh cut french fries, cheese curds and traditional gravy
Vegetable grilling table with assorted oils and crisps, tofu and crumbled goat cheese
Seasonal soup Station served with fresh garnishes and flavoured crème fraiche
Corn dog Station with assorted mustards and spiked pineapple ketchup

Risotto bar with choice of mushroom risotto with truffle oil, or lemon basil with aged parmesan or grilled vegetable with basil oil and balsamic reduction
Mini beef and chicken sliders with assorted flavoured aioli's, grated cheese, traditional garnishes and condiments.
Pasta Bar with guest choice of sauce with assorted garnishes and cheese
Hot rock Station with Hoisin glazed beef satays and orange soy glazed chicken satays cooked on a hot rock and served with steamed vegetables

Station #3 - Choose one

Peppercorn glazed Strip loin thinly sliced and served on a focaccia crisp with chipotle béarnaise, caramelized vadalia onion garnished with sprouts
Haddock 'N' Chip's with assorted flavoured aiolis and vinegars served in a bamboo boat
Pulled pork sliders with beet chips and coleslaw served on a warm brioche bun
Grilled flank tacos with sautéed vegetables, lime citrus mayo and garnishes
