Appetizer:

Seasonal greens with pine nuts and dried cranberries with a Sherry Dijon vinaigrette or Chef's soup of the day.

First Course:

Choice of pasta (tortellini, penne, bowtie, rigatoni) with a selection of signature sauces.

Main Entree:

Guests pre-choose one of the following or choose one entrée for all of your guests:

Strip loin of beef with cabernet au jus
Roasted turkey roulette with homemade stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce
Herb crusted salmon.

All entrées are served with fresh vegetable medley and roasted fingerling potatoes.

Dessert:

Sticky Toffee Pudding or Double Chocolate Fudge Cake. Freshly brewed coffee and herbal teas.

Maple glazed salmon
Grilled chicken supreme with lemon herb sauce
Roasted pork loin with cider jus, Served with herb roasted potatoes or rice pilaf and medley of fresh vegetables.
